Hi, I’m Caz, founder of Adonis Blue Nutrition and Exercise Coaching. I am a retired Headteacher and worked in education for over 24 years. I am also a competitive Olympic Weightlifter holding gold titles for the North of England, Great Britain and European Championships; I hold a silver medal title for the World Championships and a Level 2 Olympic Lifting coaching qualification.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and have an additional qualification in Pre and Post Natal exercise and nutrition support

Nutrition and exercise has always held a high status throughout my life and is where my passion lies. It fascinates me how what we put in our body and what we do with our body has such an impact on our health, well-being and performance.
