Nutrition and exercise have always held a high status throughout my life and is where my passion lies. It fascinates me how what we put in our body and how we use our body has such an impact on our health, well-being and performance.
I provide services for many areas within my business such as nutrition and exercise programs for sports performance, weight loss, maintenance and gain, and education, guidance and advice. However,my biggest interest lies in supporting people in the reduction and prevention of disease and illness, with a focus on lifestyle habit changing strategies for sustainable health, with improved weight management as a natural consequence.
I am a certified MNU Nutritionist with a level 5 diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science. My work is evidence based and focuses on a first do no harm basis.
I am also a qualified personal trainer with an additional qualification in Pre and Postnatal nutrition and exercise support.
All guidance, advice and plans are bespoke to the individual and their needs and goals.
My aim is to educate my clients about sustainable nutrition and exercise habits which will allow them to reach their goals whilst still living the life they want and not denying themselves of social occasions, foods they like and the things which are important to them.
Each client will be given the knowledge and understanding they need to have full ownership of their nutrition and exercise journey ensuring it becomes sustainable.
